Astrology Transits February 6th-15th: We Are Just Getting Started on This Fiery Year

Fam, I have truly missed you all on this hiatus that I did not plan to take–but found myself taking– with all of the action of 2026 so far. I’m sure you all feel the change in tempo? The full throttle action? The overwhelm? Myself, I’ve been thrown some big curve balls in my personal life- but also some illuminations. Those of you in my close orbit have dealt with some extreme challenges, changes, and some happy news too. We are just getting started on this fiery year, and if you want to know more about what to expect, consider buying a copy of my 2026 forecast video to learn about some key dates.

February 15th Aquarius Sun square Taurus Uranus @ 27 degrees
We are in some highly Aquarius energy right now. That means those of you on the 24 hour news cycle are likely getting pretty fed up. Neptune has already moved into Aries to officially change the vibe for years to come. The deep, heavy liminal plodding of last year has given way to a more combustible vibe. Some of us are energized. Some of us have run into rode blocks. Saturn is at the critical final degree of Pisces giving emotional lessons out.
On Friday, February 6th Mercury will enter Pisces to start the procession of planets changing from air to mutable water. And after the water inundation of the last few months of 2025 this might seem to be heavy handed but– know that almost all the year will have very little water, even less earth. So Pisces season will be emotional, yes– but it will be around October afterwards when we really get into deep water again. But back to Mercury. Mercury in Pisces is emotionally intelligent, empathic, and intuitive. This tour of Mercury will pivot into a Mercury retrograde that will meetup with the North Node, so while we dive into the one-ness, intoxication, and spirituality of Mercury in its fall, we will have to figure out what to hold on to. This will be a Mercury tour to remember, so pay attention to what comes up, especially after the 11th when Mercury will have entered its shadow phase.
On Tuesday February 10th Venus enters Pisces, and Venus is in her exaltation in this sign. Pisces bestows glamour, fantasy, and artistic flair to connections and financial transactions. This is a highly creative placement, but also one where we can confuse or attach to the wrong influences. Keep your Mercurial skepticism around for this one, and don’t bet the farm. Good liars know how to sell you your dream. Venus in Pisces can bestow vision too, this is a good time to do that dreaming, and maybe even try it BEFORE you buy it.
On Friday February 13th (yes you read that right) Saturn will re-enter Aries, where it will reside for a couple of years. This is big astrology that kicks off some even bigger astrology later in the month. This is a transit where commitment and responsibility for your inner fire will reap rewards. Again, this is more creative and rebirth energy, it’s quick fire that initiates, but Saturn will demand we work for it. Inspiration might hit fast, but the work through this transit will be long, plodding, and you have to really want it.
Saturn did a quick tour of Aries May 24th to September 1st 2025, so topics from the Aries part of your chart might have been highlighted there. Saturn may have made us feel limited, fearful, stuck, or hindered then, and we are going to be dancing with this energy until April of 2028. If you have planets or points in early degrees of any cardinal sign (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn,) you might feel this ingress stronger– but rest assured, we all feel Saturn’s moves collectively. And this is a birthing, ready to teach us a whole new round of lessons.
During this ingress, Venus, the North Node and Mercury will loosely conjunct in Pisces to punctuate the moment. Some wisdom, spiritual imperatives, and visioning is still coming from the void. Inspiration will find multiple channels to get to us.
On Sunday February 15th the Sun in Aquarius will square Uranus in Taurus at 27 degrees. Interestingly the 27th degree has prominence in the astrology of the year, as does the 3rd. But with this square we are still getting revelations and game changers in our purview. We are still learning more and more about what’s going on without even knowing. We are all on the same spaceship, and no one really knows where it’s going this year, but we are in hyper speed. There’s no denying it.
Myself, so much has happened in this past month– heck even in this past 2 weeks that I’m reeling. I feel grateful for the movement, but some of this movement has involved some big life stuff. And some big loss. How we love each other and treat each other everyday really matters.
