Astrology Transits for October 26th- November 2nd: There May be Some Emotional Revelations

What an interesting, frustrating, illuminating, and dare I say– healing– week I’ve had.
You have to get some humility if you see three majestic sea creatures, live, like I did last weekend. It tones down the woe is me a tad. Apparently less than 1% of the world will see real whales in their lifetime, and of course-- having an ocean close by ups your chances exponentially. In my downward spirals about things, I often ask for signs, or proof that things are getting better, or that I am loved by the gods; I can’t really argue with 3 majestic sea creatures.
I had my crisis in faith, a complete freak out, and that had a lot to do with the Chiron in Aries square Jupiter in Cancer aspect that happened on my South Node on the 23rd. When that happens- a conjunction to a personal point or planet– you feel it intensely. Chiron is pretty intense anyway.
All this to say that I am somehow finding ways to move forward despite a lot of feelings, and I imagine you all have a similar thing going on? A lot of healing happening with the maternal line? There is a slow roll in this grand water trine that involves Jupiter in Cancer, Mars in Scorpio, and Neptune and Saturn in Pisces. We are excavating and working through some big emotional terrain, and this is allowing us to come back to our vision, or mission, and our desire. Charging forward with focus, we are met with some emotional truths, for good or bad. But this energy is forcing us to deal with what’s there. We can’t just hide our feelings anymore. If we are going to rebuild this world better, we must deal with the hurt, the grief, and the triggers that are there. Grand water trines are life preservers from the divine. Saturn is here so a big part of this is taking responsibility for what’s your stuff. Trauma is passed down through generations, which is why we need to heal.

The strings we are pulling apart, they need to be pulled. The little triggers are there to help set you free; don’t think for a minute that you haven’t come far. You have made great strides. You must believe that you are safe, and you must create safety through yourself for reparenting. You must– because you are capable– and you are so very worth it.

Monday October 27 highlights the grand water trine energy with a perfection of the trine between Cancer Jupiter and Scorpio Mars. Both planets are very effective in their respective signs. Mars is still very close to Mercury, and still making the trine to Saturn and Neptune, so there is this helpful energy of hope and action. That efforts made and focused on today are potentially more effective and powerful than usual, and that definitely pertains to emotional and spiritual matters. There is quite a degree of faith in this energy: optimism, and quiet power.
This healing vibe continues and on Tuesday the 28th a kite formation forms with Capricorn Moon and Aquarius Pluto at the rudder opposing Jupiter in Cancer. There may be some emotional revelations, fears or shame coming to the surface to heal. This is part of the journey, of course, and we are moving through some dynamic formations that all serve personal, relational, ancestral healing. The maternal line is a focus not only because of Jupiter in exaltation there, but also because Jupiter is the apex of T-square. What does that mean? Our beliefs, our faith, our ambition about what is safe, nurturing, and creative are the mechanism of how we will deal with discomfort.
Wednesday October 29th has a lot of weather.
Scorpio Mercury makes a trine to Neptune at 29 degrees, which is a critical degree. There is something we will need to focus on and understand, and there may be a creative and beautiful vision that comes out of this. One with deep compassion, artistic value, and spiritual alignment.
Mercury enters Sagittarius where it is ambitious, optimistic, and ready to aim high. Mercury can get overwhelmed in this sign of its detriment and miss the important details. But the scope of thought for Mercury in Sagittarius is huge, the potential and the thrust of knowledge is ambitious. There’s an ignition here.
Speaking of ignition, Scorpio Mars perfects a trine to Pisces Saturn, which denotes some precise and focused sensitive work. Some healing, processing, action being taken. Again we are talking about the emotional field, and we are talking about our spiritual, intuitive, and artistic selves. This is beneficial energy between two planets that tend to teach harder lessons, about our own nature. Whatever steps are taken-- if they are taken with care and intention-- fundamental healing, or the work to get there, can begin.
Mercury’s entrance to Sagittarius comes with a friction of surprise, revelation, realization, or disruption with an opposition to Gemini Uranus. New information that comes to the surface might have you overwhelmed by the spiritual goal, ramifications, and overall point. Remember you are in a retrograde shadow– the lessons are showing up about the way you think and communicate, and move through life. This is about the details. The nuances. This is about the parts of your brain that could use an edit. This opposition happens at the very beginning of the signs with help beneficial energy from Pluto in Aquarius, so know that whatever you are learning and becoming aware of is supposed to jolt you out of your comfort zone. This aspect continues for a few days.
This is a big day for relationships, for healing, and for the emotional work we all have to do to exist in the world. Are there beliefs you carry that are outdated, or need to be reexamined?
On Sunday November 2nd we have Libra Venus perfecting her opposition to Aries Chiron and her square to Cancer Jupiter, to really give us some powerful T square energy. T squares create a frustrating situation that forces us to initiate action and change. The energy is dynamic movement but it’s born of tension in relationships, and it’s filtered through an apex planet, which in this case is Jupiter in Cancer. What does that mean? That our beliefs, our faith, our growth, is how we deal with this discomfort. We may have to look at what nurtures our creativity, expansion, and safety. We might have to change our beliefs about a situation or person. We may have to look at our beliefs, ambitions, or goals around home or family. This will come from something raw and fundamentally wounded. You might find yourself unable to keep peace or balance anymore.
Whatever comes up, this is FOR you and not against you, this is an opportunity to heal, and work on your grief, your wounds, and your beliefs about yourself. There is a lot of relationship work to do, and Scorpio season goes deep. Scorpio is the sign of transformation after all.
Those of us who run from our emotional world will have a harder time than those who live there-- you can run but you can't hide. There is alchemy and blessings available to all who dare to do the work of releasing the waters within. You are needed on this journey through time and space, have compassion for yourself and others.
